BioMedBridge is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare services. Our role is limited to providing marketing, advertising, strategy, analytics, and creative services to clients in regulated industries such as medical, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies.

In certain engagements, BioMedBridge may act as a service provider or business partner to clients who are HIPAA-covered entities or business associates. In such cases, our access to information is governed by contractual obligations, including confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Depending on the nature of your interaction with BioMedBridge, we may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, company name, job title

• Contact Information: Email address, phone number, mailing address
